Project management and procurement support
Project management covers the establishment of management documentation (project, documentation, risk and configuration management plans) and their maintenance during the course of the project and programme. Further it includes programme and project management reporting based on agreed key-performance-indicators (KPI) and using tailored dashboards.
Such management activities will also include the support during reviews, covering the preparation, the execution and the production of final review reports.
Working as Project Manager at institutional and industry level for a period of more than 14 years, Horst has hands-on experience in project and programme management. As Head of Navigation System Programmes at Airbus Defence and Space Horst was part of the department quality assurance activities and the external quality audits. At the European Union Agency for the Space Programme EUSPA (previously European GNSS Agency GSA) the ISO-9001 certification process, including internal quality audits of the Galileo Exploitation Department and the external certification process were supported.

Each support engagement will be set-up to the specific customer requirements, covering establishment of the procurement baseline, ITT preparation, proposal evaluation, cost and risk analysis, supplier performance management, tracking and reporting based on key-performance indicators.
